Christmas Cart

We're at Ft. Wilderness (Walt Disney World, FL) for several weeks enjoying the Disney parks and nice weather.

Since I'm not home (and can't decorate it) by golly I can at least decorate our golf cart for the season.

We shopped at a local Wal-Mart for some cheap, throw away Christmas decorations to use on the rental golf cart. I chose red garland with green leaves and big red and green bows - one to tie on the wreath for the back of the cart and the other to tie on the front. The garland sparkles in the sunlight.

Hubby requested that we throw away the decorations when we are ready to return home as we are very limited on storage in our little travel van.

Hubby asked how I planned to attached the decorations and I replied, "Duct tape or maybe Scotch tape?" While we were at the store Hubby picked up a bag of plastic tie tags. That works so much better than my idea! Especially since we had to trade in our golf cart for one not so war weary. Much easier to cut the ties and re- apply them - all without damaging the decorations.

Please njoy our festive and merry Christmas cart!

CUTE!! I love Ft. Wilderness. We've stayed at Wilderness Lodge several times, but we love taking the boat over to FtW. to eat dinner at Trails End... YUM, YUM!
